Buzz Movers clearly defines its Refund Policy as follows:
1. Cancellations by Client
Refunds are determined by cancellation timing:
- 31+ days notice: Eligible for a 75% refund.
- 7-30 days notice: Eligible for a 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days notice: No refund.
2. Claims for Service Dissatisfaction
- Claims regarding dissatisfaction must be submitted within 48 hours post-delivery.
- Each claim will be evaluated individually, and refunds or compensation will be granted at the discretion of Buzz Movers management.
3. Damage or Loss Claims
- Claims for refunds due to damage or loss require documented evidence (photos, inventory details, etc.).
- Claims not properly reported or documented within the stipulated period (48 hours post-delivery) will not be accepted.
4. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed via EFT/bank transfer within 14 business days from approval date.
- Refund amounts shall never exceed declared values or actual financial loss.
5. Exclusions
- Refunds will not cover additional fees incurred due to client non-compliance with agreed responsibilities or for delays caused by client-side issues (such as late payment or inaccurate inventories).
6. Acceptance of Policy
- Engaging with Buzz Movers’ services constitutes explicit acceptance of this Refund Policy.
